We have had so much fun with creating small object! Some students came all the way from wollongong! Thank you for your participation.

Porcelain Hand built 1DAY WORKSHOP

Date: 23^th (Wed) November Time: 6 pm – 8 pm
27^th (Sun) November Time: 1 pm – 3 pm(Fully booked)

Cost: $75 (includes 500g porcelain clay, glaze, imprint materials, and firing fee)
Bring: towel, apron, anything textured* (example – Doily, bamboo sushi mat, stamps etc,.)

Many people might have seen Keiko’s salt dishes at the market. It is made from porcelain, very thin with texture. Keiko will show you how to make salt dishes, as well as other small objects. You can make WHATEVER you like such as small cup, spoon, or broaches. Keiko will fire your work twice and will also glaze it (clear only) so that you can pick up your work following week. It is a great opportunity for those who wanted to try porcelain clay.

*No necessary to bring them if you don’t  have them.

Draw your own design on bowl 1DAY WORKSHOP

Date: 26^th (SAT) November Time: 10:30 am – 12 pm
              30^th (Wed) November Time: 6 pm – 7:30 pm

Cost: $65 (includes 1 bowl, glaze, drawing materials, and firing fee)

Bring: your own design/drawings

Minimum 4, Max 6 people

This workshop is very simple, but relaxing way of making your own designed bowl! (Rather than battling with clay on a wheel) You will use ceramic pencil, cobalt, and iron oxide to decorate on Keiko’s handmade porcelain bowl.You will learn how to dip glaze a bowl after decoration. Don’t worry, even if you cannot draw, there are lots of ways to decorate a bowl!

*X’mas Event* Wrap, Fold, and Tie – Gift wrapping 1DAY WORKSHOP

Date: 1st (Thur) December Time: 6 pm – 7:30 pm

Cost: $45 (includes wrapping paper, ribbons, and tape) It was $55 in the newsletter, but $45 is the right price!

Bring: 2 A4 size book/notebook(practice for wrap) and something to wrap for example:softies, jewellery,T-shirts, etc (You can bring the actual Christmas gift if you like) Scissors, colorful masking tapes.Your own wrapping paper & ribbons (if you like)

Crazy X’mas season is just around the corner! You can easily impress your friend by wrapping beautifully! I will show you how to do Origami wrapping(picture above) and many other way of gift wrapping for you. Very easy and fun workshop!
