KEiKO MA+SUi

is an Artist, a Maker, a Potter, a Designer, a Ceramicist, or a Ceramic Artist – whatever you call her, she does not care about the title much and it doesn’t really matter to her.  She works predominately in porcelain and creates functional and non-functional objects, occasionally incorporate with seeds and pods, shells, textiles & thread, and other mixed media. She is currently living in Melbourne and her studio is located at Montsalvat in Eltham – the oldest Australian Artists Colony since 1934.

マツイ　ケイコ

は、アーティストであり、作り手であり、陶芸家であり、デザイナーであり、セラミックアーティストです。肩書きは気にせず、また拘らず。主に、磁器を中心に用途のある陶器やオブジェを制作。時々、見つけた種や貝の欠片、布・糸等と陶を融合させたりもする。現在、オーストラリアのメルボルンに在住。1934年に創立されたオーストラリア最古のアーティストコロニーであるモンサルヴァットの敷地内に工房を構え、日々製作に励んでいる。
