Shipping & Return・配送と返品

All item will be shipped by Australian Post within 1 -2 working days after completion of your payment. For overseas customers, please contact me via email with the item name and quantity, plus your address to determine delivery cost.

In case of the damaged arrival, please email me photograph/s showing the damage with the original packaging within 24 hours of receiving your items. I would like to avoid wasting your time, however I may need your assistance in order to claim the insurance in case of the incident. In that case, please  keep BOTH damaged item and the box until we finalize the claim. I will do my best to arrange a replacement if there is.

As for return, due to the limitations of this small business, no refunds are given “AT THIS TIME”, so please choose carefully. Goods will only be exchanged if they are found to have defects.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) unless otherwise stated.

We do not collect tax on orders outside Australia, but these may be liable to duties at their destination.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the pieces that appear at the online store. However, I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

All of our pieces are handmade. Please understand that measurements and glaze colours are a guide only.

Our items are not guaranteed against chipping, accidental breakage nor any deterioration resulting from wear and tear.

Claims against breakage in transit must be lodged within 5 days of receipt and accompanied by photographic evidence with original packaging by the Australian Post.

Q: Do you conduct Workshops or classes?

A: Yes, I usually have workshop once a year or two in Sydney. I do not advertise anywhere, but it always fills up quickly among with my subscribers. If you are interested in my workshop, I suggest you to join my mailing list. As for classes, I am teaching casually at Hornsby TAFE at the moment.

 

Q: Do you take any commissions?

A: I am afraid, but I am not taking any commissions “at the moment”.

 

Q: Do you do kintsugi repair for my broken pieces?

A: As kintsugi is very time consuming process, I  accept it if it were the pieces I created prior, however I am happy to fix other ceramics as well if you could give me ‘flexible’ deadline 🙂 Please do understand that it sometime takes few weeks/months to harden lacquer in joints, as I use the real lacquer for food related items.

 

Q: Are you represented by any commercial galleries?

A: Yes, I am represented by Beaver Galleries in Canberra for ACT region and they stock some of my exhibition pieces. For stock inquiry, please contact the gallery owner: Susie Beaver – susie@beavergalleries.com.au

 

Q: Where can I purchase your work? Any galleries/shops in overseas?

A: It’s best to purchase from my website as there are many variety of works available. However, each gallery & shop carry one-off items of my work, so that it is worth a visit following gallery shop in Australia.
